01

1. Eligibility and registration

  • You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to use the relevant service where you live.
  • You must provide accurate information that belongs to you and maintain one personal account unless Fastora gives written permission otherwise.
  • You are responsible for protecting your credentials, email account, PIN and devices.
  • Fastora may request identity, age, address, source-of-funds or other evidence before or after registration.
  • Registration or verification does not guarantee that every product or transaction will be available.
02

2. Stokvel

  • A Stokvel plan uses one selected contribution amount across five scheduled deposits.
  • Only confirmed contributions count toward completion.
  • A displayed bonus applies only under the configuration and completion conditions shown for that plan.
  • Late, rejected, reversed or unconfirmed payments may delay or prevent completion.
  • Stokvel wording must not be understood as a bank deposit, deposit insurance or a guaranteed payout.
03

3. Invest & Grow

  • An investment starts only after the required payment is confirmed.
  • Seats are filled only by eligible, confirmed paid-member activity under the displayed rules.
  • Matching, seat completion, returns, liquidity and payout timing are not guaranteed.
  • The current displayed rate or formula can apply only to the specific eligible cycle and confirmed seats shown.
  • Never participate with money you cannot afford to lose or have unavailable.
04

4. USDT Exchange

  • Members must follow the country, payment, proof, chat, timer and release steps shown for an order.
  • Do not mark local payment as sent before making it, and do not release USDT before confirming cleared funds.
  • A displayed seller or buyer profile does not remove counterparty, chargeback, impersonation or bank-payment risk.
  • Fastora may pause or cancel an order when safety, dispute, expiry or policy conditions require it.
  • USDT and local-currency values, fees and settlement timing can change.
05

5. Referrals, Pro features and bonuses

  • Rewards apply only to eligible, genuine, approved activity and the qualifying sponsor chain.
  • Self-referrals, duplicate accounts, coordinated abuse, misleading marketing and manufactured transactions are prohibited.
  • A welcome investment or promotional credit is platform-funded, conditional and not automatically withdrawable wallet cash.
  • Promotional terms, availability and values may change or end for future participants.
  • Do not advertise guaranteed income, guaranteed matching or regulator approval.
06

6. Deposits, withdrawals and blockchain instructions

  • Use only a supported network and the address shown for the exact transaction.
  • Blockchain transactions may be irreversible; a wrong network or address can cause permanent loss.
  • Fastora may require confirmations, evidence or review before crediting or releasing funds.
  • Network, provider or service fees may apply as displayed.
  • A pending status is not an approval, completed transfer or promise of a completion time.
07

7. Restrictions, suspension and termination

  • Fastora may restrict access for security, legal, country, payment, sanctions, fraud, abuse or incomplete-verification concerns.
  • You may not use Fastora for unlawful funds, deception, market manipulation, account rental, identity misuse or unauthorised access.
  • A review can continue while records are preserved and disputed transactions are investigated.
  • Where practical and lawful, Fastora should explain the next step or available complaint path.
  • Termination does not erase obligations, disputes or records that must lawfully remain.
08

8. Availability, liability and changes

  • Services may be interrupted, delayed, changed or unavailable by country or provider.
  • Nothing on Fastora is personal financial, legal or tax advice.
  • To the extent permitted by applicable law, Fastora is not responsible for losses outside its reasonable control, but no term excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
  • Material policy changes should receive a new version and, where required, fresh acknowledgement.
  • Use the complaints process before escalating a dispute, without giving up any non-waivable legal right.
