The registration checkbox is a self-declaration, not proof of age. Fastora may request identity evidence and can restrict an account if the declaration appears inaccurate.
01
No accounts for minors
- Fastora does not knowingly permit a person under 18 to hold an account.
- A parent or guardian may not open an account in a minor’s name to bypass this rule.
- If an under-age account is suspected, activity may be suspended while age is reviewed.
- Any return of assets remains subject to identity, ownership, legal and transaction review.
- Tell support promptly if you believe a minor’s information is being processed.

Country eligibility still matters
Being 18 does not automatically make every Fastora service lawful or available. You remain responsible for checking local restrictions, tax obligations and crypto rules. Fastora may impose a higher age or decline a service where necessary.
