Fastora does not currently claim that every account has completed full KYC. Email verification confirms access to an email address; it does not by itself prove legal identity or age.

01

When enhanced verification may be requested

  • During onboarding or an account-security review.
  • Before a higher-risk deposit, withdrawal, P2P transaction or Pro activation.
  • When account details, payment information or device activity do not match.
  • During account recovery, a duplicate-account investigation or suspected fraud review.
  • When a payment provider, service partner or applicable law requires more information.
02

Information Fastora may ask for

The exact evidence depends on the review. A document listed here is an example, not a promise that it will always be accepted.

  • A valid passport, national identity document or driver’s licence.
  • A selfie or live identity check, with a separate notice if biometric comparison is used.
  • Recent proof of residential address where relevant.
  • Information about the source of funds or source of wealth for higher-risk activity.
  • A transaction explanation, wallet evidence or supporting payment record.
03

What happens during review

  • Fastora may request clearer or additional evidence.
  • An account or transaction may be delayed, limited or declined while checks remain incomplete.
  • Possible screening matches should receive human review where the process allows.
  • No fixed completion time is promised because complexity and external checks vary.
  • Submit sensitive documents only through a channel specifically confirmed by Fastora support; never through a public group or unsolicited social-media message.
