Your information should have a clear purpose.

This policy explains the categories of personal information Fastora may process, why it may be used, who may receive it, and the choices available to you. It should be read with the Cookie Policy and any separate notice shown when enhanced identity evidence is requested.

Information Fastora may process

  • Account and contact details, including username, email, mobile number and country.
  • Credentials and security records, such as hashed passwords, OTP activity and account-recovery events.
  • Product, deposit, withdrawal, referral, Stokvel, investment, P2P, wallet and blockchain transaction records.
  • Payment proof, support messages, complaint records and communications.
  • Technical information such as session identifiers, IP or device information where logged for security and operation.
  • Identity, address, selfie, source-of-funds or screening information if an enhanced review is requested.

  • Create, secure and manage your account.
  • Provide the service you request and keep an accurate transaction record.
  • Prevent abuse, investigate fraud and perform risk or legal checks.
  • Respond to support, privacy and complaint requests.
  • Meet legal obligations, establish or defend legal claims, and keep required records.
  • Improve service reliability using proportionate operational information.

Sharing and international processing

Fastora may need service providers for hosting, email delivery, payment processing, support, security, identity review or legal advice. Information may also be disclosed where required by law or a valid legal process. Fastora does not promise that information is never shared. Contact support@fastora.to to request current information about material providers, storage countries and safeguards for cross-border transfers.

Retention and protection

Information should be kept only for as long as needed for the stated purpose, security, disputes and applicable record-retention duties. A deletion request may therefore be limited where records must be kept. Fastora uses technical and organisational controls but cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your privacy choices

  • Ask whether Fastora holds personal information about you.
  • Request access to or correction of inaccurate personal information.
  • Object to certain processing or direct marketing where applicable law allows.
  • Request deletion or restriction where no overriding legal duty requires retention.
  • Ask for information about a material automated decision and available human review.
  • Complain to Fastora and, where applicable, the South African Information Regulator.
