Controls visible in the platform
- Passwords are stored using one-way password hashing for current accounts.
- New email addresses are confirmed before normal member access.
- Sign-in uses an emailed one-time code when enabled.
- Sensitive wallet and account changes can require a security PIN or additional confirmation.
- Payment and transaction status changes are recorded through controlled workflows.
- Access to sensitive financial actions is restricted by role and permission.

Protect your account
- Use a unique password and secure the email account connected to Fastora.
- Never share a password, OTP, PIN, private key or recovery phrase.
- Confirm the full wallet address and network before sending USDT.
- Open Fastora from a trusted bookmark and be cautious of copied sites or support impersonators.
- Report unexpected sign-ins, wallet changes or payment instructions immediately.

If something looks wrong
Stop the transaction if possible, preserve screenshots and transaction references, change exposed credentials, and contact support@fastora.to. Blockchain transfers may not be reversible, so speed matters but recovery cannot be guaranteed.
