Controls visible in the platform

  • Passwords are stored using one-way password hashing for current accounts.
  • New email addresses are confirmed before normal member access.
  • Sign-in uses an emailed one-time code when enabled.
  • Sensitive wallet and account changes can require a security PIN or additional confirmation.
  • Payment and transaction status changes are recorded through controlled workflows.
  • Access to sensitive financial actions is restricted by role and permission.
02

Protect your account

  • Use a unique password and secure the email account connected to Fastora.
  • Never share a password, OTP, PIN, private key or recovery phrase.
  • Confirm the full wallet address and network before sending USDT.
  • Open Fastora from a trusted bookmark and be cautious of copied sites or support impersonators.
  • Report unexpected sign-ins, wallet changes or payment instructions immediately.

If something looks wrong

Stop the transaction if possible, preserve screenshots and transaction references, change exposed credentials, and contact support@fastora.to. Blockchain transfers may not be reversible, so speed matters but recovery cannot be guaranteed.
